This position will be responsible for instrumental/clinical evaluation projects management including design, plan and communication in support of research and claims. This role will develop new methods and explore knowledge to address critical needs and further build consumer understanding based on business strategy and global trends, etc.

Lead skin instrumental/clinical projects

Independently attend the project brief meeting, plan and align the key elements of project with partners.

Independently design, plan and execute instrumental/clinical efficacy study based on test brief with compliance to ethic and local regulation. Analyze result to find product strength or optimizing opportunity, and brief to project team.

Interpret study results and research findings based on biological knowledge and expertise.

Collaborate with project manager, formulation, regulation and marketing teams to promote internal knowledge to consumers and create relevant claims.

Develop Innovative methods and visualization to address critical needs

Having innovative mindset to develop new clinical methodology for efficacy evaluation, can finally deliver the result under guidance of line manager and peers.

Leverage internal and external capability to create new visualization of clinical evaluation for better efficacy interpretation.

Data analysis and digitalization

Having fundamental knowledge to conduct data analysis according to appropriate statistical methods.

Collaborating with external partners, develop and optimize digital tools for efficient and accurate measurement on clinical studies

Requirements:

Master degree or above in a major of Biology, Pharmacy, medical image, material science, Physics, chemistry, etc

Fluent Chinese and English in both verbal and written

Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese for internal stakeholders sharing, international clinical team discussing.

Good projects management skills, ability to lead and manage multiple complicated projects with cross science and cross hubs.

Act with a growth mindset, with innovative and problem-solving attitude.

Familiar with statistical analysis, like t-test.

If having strengths on one of following, is a plus: Skin Biology, Optical, Software, algorithm.

Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, ppt)Macro, Image analysis is a plus
