Key job accountabilities:
* Design and execute instrumental and clinical tests: Independently plan, coordinate, and conduct skincare/makeup clinical and instrumental evaluations to support product claim substantiation and formula screening.

* Analyze and interpret results: Critically analyze test results, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to the lab team based on findings, driving data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure compliance and safety: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations and quality procedures, including regulatory guidelines, ethical considerations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
* Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Color, Optics, Biology, Physical chemistry or medical image engineering, or related field.
* Good understanding of statistical analysis, proficiency with relevant instrumentation and software, and experience with artificial intelligence techniques is a plus.
* Strong makeup and color sense.
* Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward. Highly motivated, innovative, and eager to learn.
* Hands-on experience in skincare or makeup instrumental/ clinical evaluation is a plus
