任職資格：
Education
學(xué)歷要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，工商管理、零售管理、市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Experience
經(jīng)驗要求
Minimum 2 years in retail operations, preferably in home appliances, building materials, or furniture. Experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and customer training is essential.
至少2年零售運營經(jīng)驗，具備家電、建材或家具行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。需具備多店管理、SOP落地與經(jīng)銷商培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗。
