工作職責:
1. Develop overseas market strategies, sales strategies, and sales plans for the assigned region in line with the company's overall strategy.
根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略,制定負責區(qū)域的海外市場策略、銷售策略及銷售計劃;
2. Establish and develop the overseas sales team in the assigned region, building a highly capable and cohesive sales force.
負責建立和發(fā)展負責區(qū)域的海外銷售團隊,打造有戰(zhàn)斗力和凝聚力的銷售隊伍;
3. Expand the overseas market, secure key accounts and channels, establish strong customer relationships, and lead the regional team to achieve sales targets.
開拓海外市場,突破關鍵客戶和渠道,建立良好的客戶關系,帶領區(qū)域團隊完成銷售目標;
4. Develop business models and channel policies suitable for the region, and establish and maintain relationships with local customers and channels.
制定符合本區(qū)域的商業(yè)模式和渠道政策,建立與維護本地客戶與渠道關系;
5.Monitor industry policies, analyze industry development trends, and stay updated on market competition information to support business planning and decision-making.
跟蹤產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,掌握市場競爭信息,為公司業(yè)務規(guī)劃和業(yè)務決策提供依據(jù);
任職資格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English, the capability of more than two foreign languages is preferred;
統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,熟練掌握英語,具備兩種以上外語能力者優(yōu)先;
2. More than 5 years of overseas marketing experience in a related industry (robotics, automation, industrial fields), with at least 3 years in a regional management role. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas residency experience.
10年以上相關行業(yè)海外營銷經(jīng)驗(機器人、自動化及工業(yè)相關領域),具備5年以上海外區(qū)域管理崗位經(jīng)歷;
3. Keen market awareness, strong leadership and independent market development ability;
有敏銳的市場意識、領導能力和獨立開拓市場的能力;
4.Strong interpersonal communication skills, innovative thinking and working methods;
具有較強人際溝通能力,具有創(chuàng)新的思維意識和工作方法;
5. Energetic, healthy, optimistic and open-minded, full of pioneering spirit;
精力充沛,身體健康,樂觀豁達,富有開拓精神;
6. Ability to travel overseas frequently
能夠適應海外出差。
