Objectives of the Position
Manage chemical test
Test report check
Testing capabilities expansion including new test method verification.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Ensure compliance with BSC EHS requirements; for further details, consult the EHS responsibility description.
- Perform daily testing activities following relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct independent troubleshooting and analysis within the laboratory.
- Coordinate sample deliveries to external laboratories and support the verification of external test reports.
- Draft and update related SOPs as required.
- Assist in analyzing results from quality system health checks, such as MSA and type testing.
- Maintain and perform spot checks on testing equipment and monitor consumable material usage.
- Review and audit test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Enhance testing capabilities by validating new test methods, assessing updated standards, and preparing feasibility reports.
- Execute other duties as assigned by direct management.
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor or above
Working Experience 3 years working in chemical company related lab testing. Coating knowledge is preferred.
